On signing up for PortSpace you will be asked for your
subdomain name, this will be the prefix people will use to connect to your site. To edit and build your site you will need an FTP client, we recommend Cute FTP the full version is availble
for download on request
Don't get PortSpace confused with sites such as Face Party and MySpace, we don't offer a profile built site, it's simply raw website that you have the opertunity to do whatever you want with.
There are lots of free web host sites out there but they all have alot of restriction, We allow our customers to upload media files and use FTP, no other (that i know of) free web hosting services
